Can’t connect your AirPods?

Here are a few things to try.

1. Check compatibility.

Jumpee works with AirPods models that support dynamic head tracking. Compatible devices currently include AirPods 3rd Generation, AirPods Pro 1st and 2nd Generation, AirPods Max, and Beats Fit Pro.

2. Check app permissions.

Jumpee needs access to Motion & Fitness data from your AirPods. You can verify this in Settings > Jumpee > Motion & Fitness.

3. Check AirPods connection status.

If another iPhone, iPad, or Mac you own is nearby, your AirPods may connect there first. Disable auto-connect on the other device or make sure your AirPods are connected to the device running Jumpee.

It also helps to play audio on the phone you are exercising with and confirm the sound is coming through the AirPods instead of the iPhone speaker.

4. Restart your iPhone.

There are occasional cases where dynamic head tracking stops responding correctly on AirPods. Since Jumpee relies on that motion data, restarting the iPhone can clear the issue and restore tracking.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or the Settings app on your iPhone. Please refer to the official Apple support guidance for the latest unsubscribe steps.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Beflex Inc. (doing business as "Beflex", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you subscribed to, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the selected term. Beflex may change products and pricing at any time and may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

We do not store or process payment information for purchases made through third-party platforms. All payment transactions are processed directly by the respective third-party provider.

Third-party commerce and fulfillment

Certain products, merchandise, or digital goods available through the Service may be sold, fulfilled, and managed by third-party platforms, including Fourthwall. Transactions, payment processing, shipping, refunds, and related support for those purchases are handled by the third party, not Beflex.

Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, and offers. We reserve the right to correct such issues, update information, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.

Links to other resources

The Mobile Application and Services may link to other resources such as websites or mobile applications. Beflex is not responsible for examining, evaluating, or guaranteeing the offerings, content, or policies of those resources.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Mobile Application and Services for unlawful purposes, to violate regulations, infringe intellectual property, harass others, submit false information, transmit malicious code, scrape the service, or interfere with security features. We reserve the right to terminate use of the Services for violating these restrictions.

Intellectual property rights

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Beflex or third parties. All rights, title, and interest in related trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property remain with Beflex or its licensors.

Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beflex and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability relating to the Services will be limited to no greater than one dollar or the amount actually paid by you in cash to Beflex for the prior one month period, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Beflex and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors harmless from liabilities, losses, damages, or costs arising from your content, your use of the Services, or any willful misconduct on your part.

Severability and assignment

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Beflex.

Changes and acceptance

We may modify this Agreement or its terms at any time. An updated version becomes effective upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Mobile Application and Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Policy. It describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide through the mobile application and related services, as well as how that information is collected, used, maintained, protected, and disclosed.

Automatic collection of information

When you use the Mobile Application, servers may automatically record information your device sends, such as IP address, location, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, access times, and related usage statistics.

Collection of personal information

You can use the Mobile Application without revealing your identity in many cases. If you want to use certain features, you may be asked to provide Personal Information such as your name or email address. We may also receive and store information you knowingly provide when you make a purchase or fill out forms in the app.

Privacy of children

We do not require Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information through the Services, please contact us so that we can delete it.

Use and processing of collected information

Collected information may be used to request user feedback, improve user experience, protect against abuse and malicious users, and run and operate the Mobile Application and Services. Depending on the situation, Beflex may act as a data controller or data processor under GDPR.

Payment processing

For paid Services, payment details may be handled by third-party Payment Processors. Sensitive payment data is exchanged over secure channels, and the Payment Processors' handling of your Personal Information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Disclosure, retention, and transfer of information

We may share information with affiliates, service providers, or other parties when required to provide requested Services, comply with law, protect rights, or complete a business transition. Personal Information is retained only for the period necessary to meet legal, contractual, and operational needs, and may be transferred across jurisdictions as described in the Policy.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, you may have rights including access, correction, restriction, objection, erasure, portability, and withdrawal of consent under GDPR. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including deletion and opt-out rights where applicable.

Analytics, ads, and push notifications

The Mobile Application and Services may use third-party analytics tools to understand usage and improve performance. Third-party companies may also help tailor advertising. Push notifications rely on a device token issued by your operating system and can be turned off through device settings.

Security and data breach

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be fully secure. If a breach occurs, we may investigate, report, and notify affected individuals where required by law.
